Beth Potratz

 

Beth Potratz is the founder of BRYAH HR Strategies. With nearly 20 years experience in driving enterprise–wide change, Beth helps organizations in multiple industries and academia create Human Resources strategies and put them into action. Her clients rely on her straightforward, no–nonsense approach to organizational change. Skilled at quickly assessing complex business issues and discerning appropriate tactics to resolve them, Beth brings order to chaos through change management, talent acquisition, organization assessment, and leadership development. Moreover, when projects are complete, her clients are left with the knowledge and ability to continue the work on their own.

Beth’s expertise was built from a deep–rooted HR background that includes senior positions in Human Resources, talent management, and change integration. Before building her own company, she served as the Director of HR Capability for Unilever where she led the global HR transformation project for the home and personal care business group in North America. Beth was also the generalist for the HR function, thus responsible for building HR capability in process consultation, process redesign, facilitation, and organization assessment/design. In addition, she has served in leadership positions at organizations such as Rockwell Automation, Asparity Decision Solutions, and Helene Curtis.

Beth holds a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources degree from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Loyola University of Chicago. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two daughters.
