Beth Potratz

Beth Potratz is the founder of Bryah HR Strategies. With nearly 20 years experience in driving enterprise-wide change, Beth helps organizations in multiple industries and academia create human resources strategies and put them into action. Her clients rely on her straight-forward, no-nonsense approach to organizational change. She has built long-standing relationships with clients who have sought her out for her dependability, creativity, and commitment to excellence. They know that not only does she get the job done, she gets it done well. Skilled at quickly assessing complex business issues and discerning appropriate tactics to resolve them, Beth brings order to chaos through change management, talent acquisition, organization assessment, and leadership development. And, when projects are complete, her clients are left with the knowledge and ability to continue the work on their own.

Her philosophy behind establishing strong and effective HR functions is based on a belief that employees are consumers of their employment relationship. She believes that HR needs to be able to define employee needs and then design products and services that meet those needs. As a result, Beth helps HR deliver customer-focused HR delivery systems, including HR call centers and consultative business partnerships. Simply stated, she builds brand through people.

Beth's expertise was built from a deep HR background that includes senior positions in human resources, talent management, and change integration. She served as the Director of HR Capability for Unilever where she led the global HR transformation project for the home and personal care business group in North America. She was also the generalist for the HR function, responsible for building HR capability in process consultation, process redesign, facilitation, and organization assessment/design. In addition, she has served in leadership positions at organizations such as Rockwell Automation, Asparity Decision Solutions, and Helene Curtis.

Beth holds a master of labor relations and human resources from Cleveland State University and a bachelor of arts in organizational communication from Loyola University of Chicago.
