Tanya LoPresti
Tanya LoPresti is an experienced HR generalist who has developed and implemented solutions to improve HR operations for a number of organizations - both large and small. At Bryah, Tanya works closely with clients and provides counsel and tactical solutions that help them meet their organizational change and HR strategic goals.
Tanya's problem-solving and decision-making skills proved instrumental in her role at Unilever's Home and Personal Care division in both Chicago, Illinois and Trumbull, Connecticut. There, Tanya was responsible for all aspects of HR support for the national and global marketing and research and development organizations. She also successfully translated the overall business strategy into HR tactics that enabled the organization to not only manage change, but embrace it. In addition, Tanya led the team responsible for undergraduate and graduate campus recruiting efforts for the company's Chicago office - identifying key talent, and ultimately, improving the quality of the new hire process and reducing associated costs. Her contributions to Unilever's workforce balancing integration effort helped the organization reduce its layoff and managed attrition statistics by 20 percent.
Tanya's early career was devoted to the HR efforts of both the Goodrich Corporation, a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of precision optics for the defense and aerospace industries, and Casey Family Service, a child welfare organization in Connecticut.
She holds her master of arts degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of New Haven, and her bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Merrimack College, located in North Andover, Massachusetts.
